Yes, technical support services are included in the monthly consumption-based pricing model along with installable software use rights for all users and locations, new customer orientation, and knowledge base access. We also include technical services for the deployment (unless you require a project approach).
Invoicing is monthly in arrears in the pay-as-you-go model. Or with an EA your monthly invoices will show a draw down against your pre-puchased credits.
For payments, we accept check, wire, direct deposit, and credit card.
