Geoff Bourgeois is CEO at HubStor, responsible for overall strategic direction and growth performance of the company.
Geoff co-founded HubStor with Greg Campbell in March 2015 with the goal of building a modern cloud data platform for unified backup and archival. Together, Geoff and Greg built HubStor during the remainder of 2015 and into the first half of 2016, launching HubStor out of stealth mode in the summer of 2016.
Prior to HubStor, Geoff was CTO at Acaveo, where he co-invented and launched Acaveo’s leading file analysis product with Greg and achieved recognition by Gartner as a Cool Vendor in Information Governance.
Before Acaveo, Geoff held Senior Director positions at Iron Mountain Digital and Mimosa Systems, where he directed new product development initiatives in the areas of enterprise search, backup, and archive.
Prior to Mimosa Systems (acquired by Iron Mountain Digital in 2010), Geoff was Director of EAS Product Development at Autonomy and EAS Product Manager at ZANTAZ (acquired by Autonomy in 2007), where he managed EAS product strategy for an installation base of 2,200 enterprise customers.
Geoff started his career in sales at EDUCOM TS, helping to pioneer one of the first email archiving solutions. He was a key contributor in sales, helping to drive revenues to a $22 million run rate before seeing acquisition by ZANTAZ in 2004.
