We are only interested in doing business where we truly believe we can help.
Nobody enjoys a pushy sales approach. And enterprise archiving is an important technology decision.
Our aim is first and foremost to understand your unique goals, challenges, and budget — to see if we even line up. Assuming we do, then we’ll want to assist you in gaining a solid understanding of HubStor so that you can make the best possible decision for your organization. From there, we’ll have a strong foundation for working and succeeding together.
Many IT pros have had tough experiences with some of the early generation archiving products. We’ve experienced horror stories as customers too.
Our aim is to provide a customer experience that is pleasant and simple.
It isn’t just experience and expertise in the underlying technologies and concepts that counts. At HubStor, we believe in responsive, friendly, and capable personnel armed with an always-on customer-success attitude. We aim to deliver both at every touch.
We believe product quality starts at design and carries through all stages of development – not something that is thrown over the fence to test engineers and customers.
At HubStor we practice agile, test-driven development with continuous build and integration. And we make heavy use of automation to routinely scale and performance test the technology.
Our software is born in the cloud, meaning it was specifically developed for the cloud environment in which it runs. Software is never immune to having the occasional issue so if you think you’ve run into something please let us know.
As a software company we rely heavily on continuous innovation to deliver true value that is unique in the market.
If you are familiar with enterprise archiving, search, and storage technologies then we think you’ll easily identify — and highly appreciate — the innovation that is HubStor.
We aim to take the complexity out of archiving – and at the same time make cloud storage secure for business. With that, we’ve taken a fresh look at the common pitfalls and invented better approaches. But that’s just where our innovation starts.
We partner with Microsoft because we believe they offer the best-in-class cloud infrastructure, platforms, and innovative services for a mobile-first, cloud-first world. HubStor runs exclusively on Microsoft Azure for a reason. It is the secure enterprise-grade cloud computing platform that enables us — and our partners — to deliver reliable value to our clients around the world.
